Honestly, I was never in to clowns. But, when I began to explore the options here in Ohio to learn physical comedy, I stumbled (no pun intended) upon the The Ohio Clown College, now in its 18th year.

Why was I searching for that? I work 60 + hours a week helping seniors. Though it is work that I love, I needed to find an outlet, a hobby. Something to help me balance my life. I found it with this class.

My class started in September of 06 and we're graduating in a few weeks. This has been one of the most challenging (mentally, physically, and even emotionally) thing I've ever done. It has also been one of the greatest sources of joy for me this past year.

I'm proud to be part of this class and have made friendships that I know will last a lifetime. We all come from a variety of backgrounds and each of us approached the class with our own individual goals. With patience and skill, our teacher, Mr. Robert Kreidler, has helped us create the ensemble that we now are.

Our graduation ceremony is a live performance. We'd be honored to have you attend. The graduates perform routines – great fun for all ages. If you've ever considered exploring the ancient and honorable art of clowning this is a great opportunity to see it in action.
