Advocacy for Seniors

The advocacy for seniors offered by Senior Approved Services is of value to both current clients of Certified Senior Approved providers and those consumers considering a Certified Senior Approved provider. It is a level of assurance virtually unavailable anywhere else within the health and elder care industry specifically for the senior.

There are many print senior directories and even more online web-based senior directories. All are great in providing the consumer a convenient method to locate a service, many of these directories listing hundreds even thousands of services.

A savvy consumer will take notice of the disclaimers printed within these directories. The publisher takes no responsibility nor will it endorse or recommend one service over another. And rightfully so. The publisher can’t possibly be held responsible for sharing a business’s name, web address, and contact information. The liability of choice falls squarely upon the consumer.

This is where Senior Approved Services stands out amongst the growing network of consumer rating sites and senior directories. We do endorse and in fact, recommend to potential clients every single business in our network of Certified Senior Approved providers and we do so based on the consumer ratings derived from our unique survey process.

What we do promise is that the senior contracting with a Certified Senior Approved business, will receive an excellent service, the senior will be treated with the utmost respect, and the senior will be safe from any physical, emotional, and financial abuse or harm.

However, should you, the consumer, encounter a problem, a concern, a complaint of any kind, Senior Approved Services is your safety-net, your advocate. You can call us toll free at 877-620-6448 to share your concerns with us. We in turn, share this information with the service provider and we all put on our ‘thinking caps’ so-to-speak. It is in everyone’s best interest that whenever possible, the senior is pleased with the service he or she is receiving.

I (Barbara Mascio, founder) can personally attest to the fact that every Certified Senior Approved company in our network is operating its business with integrity and with a high code of business ethics. Our screening process along with our survey process weeds out those businesses that are not operating their business with this social responsibility.

Providing advocacy for seniors allows us to remain as a link between the senior receiving service and the business providing the service. We are impartial working with the facts while remaining the voice for the senior. We believe this impartiality benefits both sides as we actively facilitate trust and cooperation between the senior and the provider.
