Senior Approved Services provides the only certification available, nationwide, attesting to excellence in service, as reported and endorsed by seniors and their family members.
Not every application for certification is accepted. Senior Approved Services holds a high standard, and so do you. Each business must meet strict Pre-Requisites before the application is even considered.

The Certification is only awarded to those service providers (or businesses) that have at least a 90 percent customer satisfaction rating.

The Certified Senior Approved business that you are currently considering, has met or surpassed the expected rating, proving that it operates its daily business with a proven Code of Ethics currently in place.

What is the Certification Based On?

The certification is unique. Senior Approved Services is the first and only company nationwide to survey the person that matters the most ... the actual care recipient of service.

In other words, Senior Approved Services surveys those that are and have been using this service to determine how well a company serves its seniors and the senior's family.
