This study includes the narrative overview of what we learned senior citizens and their adult children (family caregivers) want and expect from any health or elder care related service provider.

This intensive research was completed prior to launching Senior Approved Services. We have developed our entire company based on the comments received from over 8,000 seniors and family caregivers across the U.S. (Though we did not speak with folks in HI or AK)
