What is Included in the Survey Fee?

Included in the final survey report - regardless of you pass or fail ...

You receive the compiled results of the survey issued to your clients. This report includes:

  • The overall rating that your clients have given you regarding your service

  • You learn whether or not your clients will or have recommended you to their friends

  • Each survey asks for referrals. We cannot guarantee that your clients will provide you with referrals, but we make it very easy for them to do this on the survey

  • Includes age, gender, and identifiers of the actual client receiving services

  • Includes age, gender, and identifiers of family, friends, guardians, attorneys, case managers (on so on) of the person completing the survey on behalf of the care recipient

  • You learn what one aspect of your service is seen as the most valuable benefit received as a client of yours

  • You learn what specific suggestions or concerns that they would like you to add or address

  • You learn how your client first found your service giving you a breakdown on how many reached you via telephone, as a result of your web site, as a result of a print ad, yellow pages, or TV or radio

Meeting or Exceeding the Required 90% Approval Rating

Each Certified Senior Approved company receives a welcome packet that includes:

  • A Certificate that you can scan and add to your web site, hang it in the office, bring it with you when you are a vendor at a health fair event, and so on

  • We grant permission for you to include our modified logo on your web site and in all print ads. When on your site, the logo directs potential clients to either call us or visit us on the web for third-party validation.

  • A press release written on your behalf boasting your newly awarded Senior Approved Certification

  • An announcement letter, signed by Barbara Mascio (founder) appropriate to mail or fax to key referral sources in your area urging this referral source to add you to their preferred provider list

  • The full survey report including all comments and referrals provided in the process for you to follow up with

Additional Services for Certified Senior Approved companies

A conference call is scheduled between a representative of Senior Approved Services and your key staff members to reiterate the value of the survey and the subsequent results. Part of the purpose of this call is to help your staff learn how to capitalize (in your intake and in your marketing) on the Senior Approved Certification for your benefit

As a Certified Senior Approved company you are entitled to and encouraged to make use of the following:

  • Write and submit articles for publication on our consumer site at Seniors Approve Each article includes your byline and a direct link to your site.

  • Post, at no charge, any event that you are hosting or attending that you would like to promote to our enormous web audience visiting our calendar of events

  • You receive a link to your web site directly from our Directory of Services

  • You may post, at no charge, any employment opportunities available within your company on our Employment Page

  • Your service is actively promoted, recommended and endorsed by our staff during our intake process of working with seniors and their family members

  • Your service is referred to by other Certified Senior Approved companies when their clients are in need of services that they cannot or do not provide

  • Your service is recommended by our growing list of Collaborative Partners

  • Your staff may refer any potential client to us for third-party validation where we literally pre-close clients on your behalf at no charge

You never pay for clients, leads, or referrals

You now qualify to participate in our exclusive Senior Approved Group Marketing Network

Failure to Reach the Required Level of Excellence

If the survey results do not prove a 90% or higher satisfaction rating from your clients then we will also include up to four hours of consultation with you in an effort to assist you in mapping out a plan of action to address the problems that were revealed during the survey process.

The survey report becomes a tool that you and your staff members will use, whether you pass or not. But should you fail, then this report is obviously invaluable to you if you are indeed a service dedicated to the high service of caring for our elders.
