Norman’s Moving and Home Service is the first complete moving and relocation service to obtain Certification as a Senior Approved Service. This is a distinction that clearly separates Norman’s Moving from other moving companies across the United States. Only those that achieve a 90% (or higher) customer satisfaction rating receive Certification.

Lloyd Norman started Norman's Moving & Home Services with the senior citizen in mind. He literally caters to the unique needs of the older adult focusing on the details of the move from the beginning to the end. Thirty-five years of experience in the moving industry, both with local and national moves across the United States, Mr. Norman has developed an employee policy that includes ongoing training, supervision, and strict hiring guidelines. Norman’s Moving owns and operates their own trucks and so there is no sub-contracting to other ‘unknown’ companies.

Committed to excellence, Lloyd Norman contracted with Senior Approved Services, a survey company, to conduct a confidential consumer driven survey process with the hope of attaining the Senior Approved Certification.

“The survey process is not mandated by the industry. In fact, each business voluntarily pays for the survey. Businesses contract with us because they do care about the elderly and are concerned about quality of service,” states founder and president of Senior Approved Services, Barbara Mascio.

Seniors completing the survey welcomed the opportunity to add comments to the survey. A recent widow relocating to Arizona shared, “They moved me clear across the country without so much as a dent or a scratch. Even my china made it …”
