Seniors First! We're Changing the Way Referrals Are Made
Senior Approved Services, LLC was founded in 2003 to serve the growing elder and baby-boomer population as an advocate for the senior receiving care and services from companies serving the elder population. Our mission is simple and clear. We advocate for the right of all seniors to receive excellent care/services while at the same time remaining safe. Safe from physical, emotional and financial harm.
We accomplish our mission by first screening each health or elder care service to ensure that as we link seniors to services we can do so in good faith, assuring the senior that each business is indeed a safe and reliable service to contract with. There is no fee to seniors or family members to use our service.
Non profit organizations and groups such as churches and other community organizations, as well as discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and so on, are often times called upon to help seniors connect with professional service providers. Our screening/survey process eases the concerns of the consumer (the senior citizen) and these key referral agencies.
It is this very reason why professionals and non profit organizations will either refer to a Certified Senior Approved Service, or will refer businesses to our screening process when building their own network.
The process employed by SAS reaches beyond the traditional measures dictated by the various licensing and state surveying methods common to this industry. And, SAS includes ongoing advocacy support for both the senior and his or her family members, at no cost, when contracting with a Senior Approved service.
The primary beneficiary of the screening/survey process of health and elder care services is the senior citizen and his or her family members. We help seniors connect with verified safe and reliable services and extend ongoing support and advocacy all at no charge.
The business that earns either the Senior Advocacy or the Senior Approved designations may now refer potential clients to Senior Approved Services for free third-party validation. The business is part of an exclusive network of other excellent elder care services and is able to clearly elevate the trust-factor necessary in this tough economic environment where consumers are becoming more and more insistent on proof of excellence prior to contracting outside of the family for services.
The organization building its own network does not incur the cost of vetting or investigating the services and passes the liability of making the referral directly to Senior Approved Services. Additionally, Senior Approved Services contributes to the organization helping the organization fund their local referral services.
