Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse provides care under the direction of the Registered Nurse for assigned patients, assists with data collection, medication administration and treatments as indicated and IV therapy where appropriate.
Completion of a recognized course of study from an accredited School of Practical Nursing. Additional qualifications may be required for specific patient care areas as defined by the Department of Nursing.
