How the survey results lead to Senior Approved Certification

The process of surveying a combination of both current and past clients of each business pursuing Senior Approved Certification reaches beyond the traditional measures dictated by the various licensing and state surveying methods common to this industry.

With rising costs of medical care, reports of elder abuse and fraud, and concerns about ongoing customer support, the consumer, more than ever, is demanding better information prior to making a decision to contract and employ a service on behalf of self, spouse, or loved one.

Though you may also agree with this statement in principle, you may be wondering on what basis we make this statement in the first place. Prior to launching Senior Approved Services, we conducted lengthy and thorough research which consisted of controlled focus group studies around the United States.

Now operating since 2003, we have also been able to substantiate the consumers' desire to have third-party validation, assurances of excellence prior to contracting with a service. In fact, this free part of our service has caught on like wild-fire, resulting in an average of 180 inquiries per week via telephone and another 500,000 unique first time visitors to our consumer-related site at Seniors Approve

In our pursuit to develop the most comprehensive directory of Excellent health and elder care services for the sole purpose of advocating for the right of all seniors to receive excellent care while remaining safe and free of all harm, abuse, or fraud, we not only serve this precious generation, we serve the industry as a whole.
