The survey fee is based on the size of your company's service area. The assumption is a local service has less clients available to survey than say a statewide or national service.
The following fees are in effect as of March 1 2008 and are subject to change as we anticipate a better balance of supply and demand for our senior consumers.
Meanwhile, since the demand for Certified Senior Approved businesses is greater than our current supply, we are providing our survey process as close to cost as possible.
Local Service Definition: One office serving a local area with staff supervised by management within this one office Survey/Certification Fee $600.00
Statewide Service Definition: One office serving the entire state with staff supervised by management within this one office Survey/Certification Fee $980.00
Tri-State Service Definition: One office serving a tri-state area (3 states) with staff supervised by management within this one home office location Survey/Certification Fee $1,800.00
One office (service) serving more than a tri-state area but less than all of the United States – please contact us for pricing
National Definition: One office serving all of the United States with staff supervised by management within this one home office location Survey/Certification Fee $5,000.00
Franchises – multiple locations: When the Franchiser recommends to all franchisees (that qualify) to apply for Senior Approved Certification and there are multiple locations to survey – please call us for pricing.
If an individual location happens to be a franchise, and the franchiser has not yet recommended the certification to all franchisees, then the above local, state, or tri-state pricing is then applicable according to this one office’s service area.
Corporately owned, multiple locations: When the corporate entity recommends to all locations (that qualify) to apply for Senior Approved Certification and there are multiple locations to survey – please call us for pricing.
If an individual location happens to be part of a large multi-unit corporation, and the corporate office has not yet recommended the certification all administrators, then the above local, state, or tri- state pricing is then applicable according to this one office’s service area
