We include the following three pieces for each of your senior (elderly) clients
A cover letter on our stationary
The survey - specific to your category of service - customized with your company's name
An envelope addressed to Senior Approved Services - envelope is postage paid.
We suggest that you select clients that are fairly new, ones that you have served for 6 months to a year, and ones that you have served in the past. This will provide you with the best overall feedback.
As the owner of your business, you recognize that you may have a senior client that cannot complete the survey. This may be due to cognitive problems, poor vision and perhaps severe arthritis.
The survey is then sent to this senior's family member, guardian, attorney, or the designated contact person that you have on file for this senior.
