The choices are already confusing. Senior Approved Services, was founded as a method to serve our elder population and their family caregivers by providing a simplified one-call resource for advocacy, support, and education and to link these families to excellent elder care resources. To accomplish these goals, Senior Approved Services has developed the elder care industry's first consumer driven survey process to assure that each elder care service that we recommend is 'Senior Approved' All services recommended by Senior Approved Services has met or surpassed a 90 percent customer satisfaction rating. Each has proven Exceptional Business Ethics Recognizing that you can not effectively serve one side of the elder care community, that being the elderly, the senior and the family caregiver, Senior Approved Services has gone beyond the scope of service by providing excellent services, benefits and resources for all those involved in providing or referring to a service, facility or product to the senior.
