Your employees may contact Senior Approved Services to speak with a community liaison. The liaison will complete a thorough interview gathering necessary information to effectively match needs, desires, geographical location and budget to the most appropriate 'senior approved' service.

Once the employee selects from the choices, the liaison continues to follow-up on a regular basis, ensuring that the care contracted is being delivered as promised.

Plan B Work-Life-Benefits
FREE Self- Serve

Total self-serve service. Simply provide each of your employees and retired employees the web address of the 'Seniors Approve Free Web Community'. From here, they can read about each of the services surveyed and certified by Senior Approved Services and select the service of choice. Seniors Approve Web Community

Free to employees - small monthly subscription fee for employer

Through a special arrangement with Caregivers Resource, Inc and the Caregivers 24 HR Helpline your business can now provide a 24 Hour Help Line for each of your employees.

The Caregiver's Resource Helpline for Employers is a cost-effective subscription service to help employees care for an aging family member or disabled spouse. Whether you are a small business or a large corporation with an Employee Assistance and Work Life program, your employees will benefit from easy access to professional guidance and emotional reassurance.

Available 24 hours a day, your employees and their family members are able to sort through the maze of decision-making to plan and manage the role and responsibility of caring for an elderly family member.

Employers are able to customize a pre-recorded "Welcome" message for callers. This provides an added value of personalizing the Caregiver's Resource Helpline for Employers to blend with your organization's culture.

This might also include pre-recorded messages specific to your human resource and benefits package.

In support of your communication plan, we can provide templates for referral information, posters, etc.

Callers to the the Caregiver's Resource Helpline for Employers listen to pre-recorded information dealing with the common concerns of caring for an aging family member and access to a list of available local resources through the Directory of Senior Approved Services.

They are then able to connect directly to Senior Approved Services for additional help.
